- Investor: Vietinbank Trade Union Investment JSC (Phu My Hung Development Corporation)
- Mechanical and electrical contractor: Hoa Binh Engineering and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company
- Contract package: Supply of materials and complete construction of MEPF system.
The total project area of approximately 200 hectares is designed to meet international standards, including residential apartments, villas, and a range of utility and public services.
Details:
- Construction area for villas and low-rise houses: 72.1 hectares (36.3%), approximately 2,000 villas;
- Urban traffic area: 51.1 hectares (25.75%);
- Internal utility area: 30.37 hectares (15.3%);
- Green parkland: 44.96 hectares (22.65%).
